We are avid travelers. We stay here every time we visit HCM. The staff is great & it's always been a pleasure for us. Their hospitality is what stood out to us the most. Their buffet was also fantastic.

The restaurant staff are wonderful! Service was great, especially the Restaurant supervisor Mr. Van Quyen, he is very customer oriented and a good host.
I stayed at the hotel for 1 weeks for my business and booked another week for my business partner at this hotel. One of the receptionist was so mean. She ignored whenever I came to ask her for the information. The other services are excellent but the attitude of this personnel at the front desk are unacceptable.

Every year we come to Saigon, but this year we decided to stay at Continental hotel. We like the following
1. The hotel location. Convenient and SAFE to go anywhere.
2. The staff. Awesome services from all the staff, especially Mr. Bùi Văn Quyền, the superisor for buffet breakfast Section. Quyền made us feel at home and answered any question from us.He is a great assets for the hotel,
3. Food: good quality and enough variety .
4. Entertainment : the Tết, new lunar year celebration is first class with traditional live music and lion dance.
We will definitely come back next year.

Hotel is one of the oldest one in Saigon. Some rooms were remodeled but others were not yet. Hope the hotel completes the modeling works soon,
